Athletic
Eligibility
Participation requires a minimum age of 18. Users are responsible for confirming their physical readiness for high-intensity athletic training. We provide the architecture for strength; you provide the physical clearance.
Usage
Intellect
The methodologies and training protocols displayed on trainer.services.info are proprietary. Unauthorized reproduction of our performance logic or structural training systems is strictly prohibited under Malaysian intellectual property laws.
Liability
Limits
ProTrainer Elite provides performance guidance only. Users accept all risks associated with physical exertion. We are not liable for individual physical outcomes resulting from the misapplication of our training protocols.
01. Service Provision
ProTrainer Elite operates as a high-performance training consultancy based at 88 Jalan Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur. All services rendered through this site are subject to availability and the specific scheduling logic of our coaching staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual whose goals do not align with our high-intensity performance standards.
Training sessions, whether digital or in-person, are calibrated for strength building and metabolic conditioning. We do not provide health advice; our focus remains exclusively on structural integrity and raw athletic output.
02. Booking & Cancellation
All training bookings processed through trainer.services.info must adhere to our 24-hour cancellation protocol. Failure to notify ProTrainer Elite of an absence within this window results in a forfeiture of the session credit. This is a measure of professional respect and scheduling precision.
Modifications to training packages must be requested via email to [email protected]. Refunds are only evaluated in the event of documented physical incapacity that prevents all forms of strength training.
03. Digital Conduct
Users are prohibited from utilizing this site for any purpose that compromises the structural integrity of our servers or user data. This includes the deployment of automated scripts or bot-driven traffic. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for digital disruption.
Engagement with our community features requires a commitment to professional conduct. ProTrainer Elite reserves the right to terminate access for any user who displays behavior detrimental to the performance environment.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our training services will be resolved within the jurisdiction of the courts in Kuala Lumpur.
